About
Me: An Independent Distributor
Want to know where to find unique candles for your romantic décor and
home decorating? Want a scent that will last a very
long time? Want practically no black soot residue?
Well,
let me introduce myself…
Hello. My name is Jeane’ Elliott Bennett; all my
friends call me Jea. I appreciate you visiting my
website,
The
Romance of Candles and learning a bit about
me. Let’s become friends.

I live in
the Inland Empire, California. I am the proud mother of two
grown adults; a son and a daughter. Both of whom I’m very
proud of. To look at me, most people think I’m a lot
younger than what I am. Thank you to those people. My
family is my biggest cheerleaders.
In June
of 2006, I was trying to find a way to stay home and earn a
decent living. After so many years of doing that same
routine, it had begun to wear on me. I thought to myself,
“There has got to be a better way.”
Of
course, my decision for change had not been done without
some serious soul-searching. I am well-aware that letting
this information get out puts a great personal risk on my
own selfish treasure-seeking.
Now,
don’t you feel valued?
One day
while surfing the internet for home based businesses,
I came across quite a few businesses. I had looked at so
many. However, I had to decide what is it that I like to
do. I love candles and the scent of candles, as well as the
relaxation that candles provide. That’s when I thought,
“I’ll go into the candle making business.” When I realized
the time it took to make candles, the mess I would make in
my kitchen, let alone I may burn down my kitchen, I sought
out candle businesses on the internet and that’s when I came
across Soy Candles. I requested the
business information and once it was sent to me, I pondered
it over for months before making a decision. In other
words, I researched the company.
In
November of 2006, that’s when I decided to put my best foot
forward, step out on faith, and go for it…start my own
Home Based Business. Yes, I was quite nervous
but, I told myself, “If you don’t try, you’ll never know.”
In
January 0f 2007, after returning from a Conference held in
Las Vegas by the company that I purchase the
Soy/Vegetable Based Candles from, I was more excited
about the candles and the business. Mind you, I had only
sampled a few of the scents prior to the Conference, once at
the Conference, I sampled more scents and fell more in love
with them. After leaving the conference, I couldn’t wait to
tell everyone that I met and came in contact with about the
candles and the business opportunities.
In August and September 2007,
I was looking to other Home Based Businesses
to my already existing business. That’s when I added
Lovely Stationary (a Division of Vista Print) and
Little Greeting Cakes. Both of these businesses
are fun businesses. If you have Stationary needs, you can
contact me for your Lovely Stationary, also instead of
giving a greeting card; why not give a Greeting Cake?
A cake that takes only 1˝ minutes to make. Take a look
around...

The best
thing I can say about having my own Home Based
Businesses is, I love being able to work from the
comforts of my home, in my pajamas, and on my own computer
with my feet up. No pressures. No worries. And a whole lot
of fun.
I’M SO EXCITED!
Now, you
know a little about me; let me get to know you. I look
forward to hearing from you.
